In 2023/24, Vrakas made his European debut with PAOK, coming on as a substitute in a win over Hearts in the UEFA Conference League, before making a midseason transfer to Atromitos, where he has made 22 total appearances over the last season and a half.

In international play, Vrakas has represented Greece from Under-16 to Under-19 levels.
