Born in Rhodes, Manias had extensive experience in the Super League (Aris, Giannina, Asteras Tripolis) and Super League 2 (PAO Rouf, Apollon Smyrnis, Diagoras), as well as the top divisions of Belgium (Westerlo), Poland (Pogoń Szczecin), and Cyprus (Anorthosis, Olympiacos Nicosia), prior to joining AKFC in January 2026. At the time of signing, Manias had tallied 51 career goals in the Super League and 37 career goals in Super League 2.
