Born in St. Julian's in Malta, Satariano is a Malta senior international, who was a standout player in the Maltese Premier League with St. Andrew's, Sliema Wanderers, and Birkirkara (137 total appearances with 15 goals and 15 assists), and also passed through Italy with Frosinone and Pergolettese, before joining AKFC in July 2025.
