Wiktor Matyjewicz makes professional debut on loan

AKFC defender Wiktor Matyjewicz, the 19-year-old Poland youth international currently on loan to Diagoras, made his professional debut on Sunday, playing all 90 minutes in a 1-0 win over Kalamata.

Matyjewicz joined Diagoras last month on a loan through the end of the 2023/24 season. He joined AKFC in August 2023 after spending last season with the Primavera side at Hellas Verona, and has represented Poland from the Under-18 to Under-20 levels.
