Roberts Uldriķis joins Athens Kallithea FC

Athens Kallithea FC announce the acquisition of Latvia international striker Roberts Uldriķis on a free transfer.

Uldriķis, a 26-year-old, 1.98-meter-tall center forward, is a regular starter for Latvia’s senior national team and has played in the Swiss Super League and Dutch Eredivisie over the last six seasons.

Born in Riga, Uldriķis began his professional career with FK Metta before switching to rivals RFS, scoring 20 goals with nine assists in 72 total matches over four seasons in Latvia’s top division.

Emerging as one of his country’s top talents, Uldriķis would earn a move abroad in July 2018, landing in the Swiss Super League with FC Sion. Over the next three seasons, Uldriķis would score 16 goals with seven assists in all competitions, helping the club to preserve their top flight status each season.

In August 2021, Uldriķis moved to the Dutch Eredivisie with Cambuur, scoring seven goal in 21 league appearances in his debut season. After Cambuur suffered relegation the following season, Uldriķis scored 12 goals with eight assists in 32 league matches plus three goals and two assists in five cup matches in the 2023/24 season.

In international play, Uldriķis has earned 49 caps with Latvia’s senior national team, scoring seven goals with four assists.
