Konstantinos Panagou joins Athens Kallithea FC

Athens Kallithea FC announce the acquisition of right-back Konstantinos Panagou, 27, on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract with Panachaiki.

Born in Cholargos, Panagou came through the academy at Olympiacos and had an early loan stint at Nottingham Forest before returning to Greece with Kalamata, where he would make his professional debut in January 2020.

After spending the following season at Triglia, Panagou earned a move to Iraklis, going on to make 58 total appearances for the club with three assists across the 2021/22 and 2022/23 seasons.

In July 2023, Panagou made the step up to the Super League with Giannina, making six total appearances in the 2023/24 season, with his top flight debut coming in a 90-minute performance against AEK.

Panagou spent last season at Panachaiki, making 23 total appearances between league and cup with three assists.
