Kevin Bautista joins Athens Kallithea FC

Athens Kallithea FC announce the acquisition of Spanish midfielder Kevin Bautista, 27, following the expiration of his contract with Spanish side Real Avilés.

Bautista, a 1.87-meter-tall box-to-box midfielder, is coming off the best season of his career, scoring nine goals with four assists in Spain’s third division.

Born in Sevilla, Bautista spent the early part of his career in the reserves of Andalusian club Córdoba CF. After productive seasons in the fourth tier with Atlético Sanluqueño and San Roque de Lepe, Bautista arrived at Real Avilés and immediately helped the club earn promotion, making 34 league appearances and scoring four goals in the 2024/25 season.

Last season, Bautista took yet another step forward and emerged as one of the top midfielders in the third division — his 13 goals/assists were 12th-most in the league and the most among all midfielders.
