Keelan Lebon joins Athens Kallithea FC

Athens Kallithea FC announce the acquisition of French winger Keelan Lebon, 27, on a free transfer following the mutual termination of his contract with Azerbaijani side Neftçi.

Born in Paris, Lebon got his start in the reserves of Paris FC, and went on a series of loans in France’s lower divisions as well as with the Jong Utrecht, before making a career breakthrough in Bulgaria’s top division with Beroe, where he made 46 total appearances with three goals and five assists over the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons.

Lebon left Beroe for Astana FC in August 2022, making 13 appearances with two goals and one assist in the second half of the 2022 season as the club won the Kazakh Premier League.

In January 2023, Lebon made the move to Neftçi, where he has made 73 total appearances with six goals and 11 assists over the last three seasons, including four appearances in UEFA competition with a goal against Beşiktaş and an assist against Železničar.
