Giannis Loukinas agrees to contract extension

Athens Kallithea FC announce that Giannis Loukinas has agreed to a contract extension to remain with the club through the 2025/26 season.

Loukinas, 32, joined AKFC in July 2022 and was the top scorer in Super League 2 in each of the last two seasons.

After scoring 19 league goals in the 2022/23 season, Loukinas was named team captain and went on to score 18 league goals in the 2023/24 season, including nine goals in eight games during the promotion playoffs, helping lead AKFC to its historic return to Greece’s top division.

Loukinas also scored six goals in nine games as AKFC reached the Round of 16 of the Greek Cup in consecutive seasons.
