Athens Kallithea FC statement on the injury to Pavlos Pantelidis

Athens Kallithea FC express our most sincere sympathy to Pavlos Pantelidis for the injury that he suffered in our friendly match with Panathinaikos at Georgios Kalafatis Sports Center yesterday.

As should be well recognized, competitive good faith is a core principle at our club, and we wish to make absolutely clear that there was no malicious intent on the play in question. Nevertheless, all of our players have been deeply affected by such an unfortunate incident.

It is especially sensitive for us as our club maintains a very close and harmonious relationship with Panthinaikos, and the friendly match was yet another symbol of that.

Our thoughts are with Pavlos for a full and speedy recovery.
