Athens Kallithea FC part ways with manager Georgios Simos

Athens Kallithea FC announce that Georgios Simos has been relieved of his duties as first team manager.

Simos joined AKFC in November 2022 and registered 18 wins, five draws, and two losses in 25 league matches this season, with the team finishing in second place and falling one point short of promotion to Super League 1.

AKFC club statement:

“Georgios is a talented young manager but we have decided that we should refresh our approach going into next season as we step up our efforts to win promotion to the first division. We thank Georgios for his contributions to our club and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.”
