Andreas Vasilogiannis agrees to contract extension

Athens Kallithea FC announce that attacking midfielder Andreas Vasilogiannis has agreed to a contract extension to remain with the club through the 2025/26 season.

Vasilogiannis, 34, joined AKFC in July 2023 and played a prominent role in the team’s promotion to the Super League in the 2023/24 season with two goals and six assists in 32 league and cup matches (20 starts). He made 15 total appearances (six starts) last season and registered two assists, including the assist on Georgios Manthatis’ goal in a 1-1 draw away to Olympiacos in the Greek Cup.

At the Super League 2 level, Vasilogiannis has scored 37 goals with 38 assists in 213 career appearances (regular season and playoffs) for Ethnikos Piraeus, Chania, Lamia, Kalamata, and AKFC.
