Alaixys Romao departs Athens Kallithea FC

Athens Kallithea FC and French-Togolese defender Alaixys Romao have agreed to a contract termination by mutual consent.

Romao — a Togo international who previously made more than 300 Ligue 1 appearances and won a Super League title with Olympiacos — joined AKFC in July 2023, making 17 league appearances last season to help the club earn promotion to the Super League. He made one cup appearance in the 2024/25 season, playing 120 minutes as AKFC advanced past Diagoras.
