Athens Kallithea FC are pleased to announce the appointment of Michaël Pereira as technical director.
Pereira, 36, was a member of AKFC’s promotion-winning team last season before retiring from professional football. Born in the Parisian suburb of Livry-Gargan, Pereira spent the majority of his playing career with Real Mallorca in Spain’s top two divisions, making his first team debut in a Primera División match against Real Madrid in August 2010 and remaining at the club for seven years in total. His subsequent career highlights included winning Romania’s Liga I twice with CFR Cluj and winning promotion to the Turkish Süper Lig with Yeni Malatyaspor for the first time in club history.
Welcome back, Michaël.
