Abdul Rahman Weiss to Nassaji FC

Athens Kallithea FC announce the transfer of Greek-Syrian right-back Abdul Rahman Weiss to Iranian top division club Nassaji Mazandaran FC, who competed in the AFC Champions League this season.

Weiss, 25, helped the Syrian national team reach the Round of 16 of the AFC Asian Cup last month. Due to international duty, he had been regularly unavailable to AKFC this season, making a total of five appearances.

Weiss joined AKFC in January 2023 after playing in Super League 1 with Platanias, OFI Crete, and Volos and made 11 appearances with one goal and one assist for the club in the second half of last season.
