Athens Kallithea FC and Athens Open Air Film Festival present The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly anniversary screening

Athens Kallithea FC and the 16th Athens Open Air Film Festival powered by DEI present a 60th anniversary screening of the iconic Spaghetti Western film The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly (1965), directed by Sergio Leone, scored by Ennio Morricone, and starring Clint Eastwood, Lee Van Cleef, and Eli Wallach.

It marks the second consecutive summer of partnership between AKFC and the AOAFF, following last year’s 60th anniversary screening of For a Few Dollars More (1965) — Greek title “Duel in El Paso,” which inspired the “El Paso” nickname of Kallithea’s Grigoris Lamprakis Stadium.

This year’s screening is set for Wednesday 26 August at 21:00 and will once again be held on the pitch at El Paso.

Venue rules to protect the pitch: No smoking. No food or drinks besides water. No high heels on the pitch. Blankets recommended.
