Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" is located approximately 35 kilometers (22 miles) east of the center of Athens.

Metro
From the airport's railway station, immediately adjacent to the main terminal, Athens Metro Line 3 reaches the city center in less than 40 minutes. Visit the official website of the Athens Metro at stasy.gr. Line 3 timetables may be found here.

Taxi
Taxis are available at Exit 3 of the arrivals level of the main terminal. The flat fare to the city center is €40 from 5:00 am to midnight and €55 from midnight to 5:00 am.
